We use job time approval, and most of our field worker time goes via the job approval route, however, Holiday, PTO, Training, Meetings time that is non-job routes to the employees assigned Timecard Approver. For our field operations manager, who approves the non-job time, his list of Timecards is huge, 50+ people, he needs a way to identify which of the timecards have non-job time from the Timecard Approval grid without having to go into each timecard to check.

in this instance perhaps we create a "non-job" time option as job site. This would eliminate the need to bounce back and forth between non-job and job.
