We have different reporting needs to identify what equipment is required to have in stock for job reqs and some job reqs are always open for a position. Adding a custom checkbox or dropdown with data we want to identify would be very helpful. We also would want to be able to identify if a position is being hired for a specific job and we need a way to track that.
