When info is approved or rejected sometimes there are notes added and once completed there is nowhere to see these notes in Keystyle...it does show in Vista but would be convenient to be able to access them here as well.

We use the Keystyle portal for submitting Personal Information Changes and for submitting timecards for the office. We then can approve or REJECT the submissions. There is a note field on the rejection form that we use to document WHY this is being rejected.
Vista tells me that this rejection notes field is then LOST and is not stored anywhere. An email goes out to the employee and the rejection note is in the email itself. So IT can go to the portal email log and probably find the email there. But they do not store the note anywhere in the system where we can get to if from Vista if anyone outside of IT wants to see why this was rejected.
My HR and PR departments hate this. There needs to be a way to save that note and to be able for HR or PR to find the note in the system later. That seems like common sense to me?
