Field Tools > Manage Training page limits its search to 2000 results for performance reasons. However if search yields more than 2000 records, user receives no message that results are limited.
We have to provide comprehensive training transcripts to customers and other safety certification programs. A search limited to even current employees yields more than 2000 records. If results set must be limited for performance considerations, then a message indicating that results are limited is needed, so that end user doesn’t proceed with partial results.

Display Training for ALL EMPLOYEES
1. Go to FHG Employee Portal | Field Tools | Manage Training
2. Use the dropdowns to select the Category (training courses)
3. Use the dropdowns to select the Employees
4. Select Actions | Export Transcripts (transcript and supporting documentation for each employee will render in pdf)
Notes:
• Results of query will display in grid. Click on any column heading to sort.
• Only 2000 rows will display per search. If query yields more than 2000 records, a warning will be displayed. Add additional filters to break the query into pieces.
• If documentation is available, a paperclip will display on the View Detail button.
