This would allow the audit trail to show just like we have with changing their address or other personal information. As it stands now if someone makes a change to their bank account information there is nothing that shows in VP that this change was made and who made it.

Absolutely! Currently, when a tax withholding is changed through Keystyle, it attaches the signed form AND a confirmation that shows the employee that requested the change and when it was requested. It also shows the employee that approved the request. When employee information is changed through Keystyle (i.e. marital status), it adds what was changed on the HR Resource Master Notes tab. Direct Deposit changes are just as important.
