Currently the portal only recognizes one country. However, with organizations such as mine we are a international employer. Specifically, Canada and United States. Canadian employees are unable to update the "Manage your Payroll Withholdings" with TD1 requirements verses the default US W-4. In addition, Canadian employees "Manage Direct Deposit Accounts" defaults to US banking requirements (i.e. routing # and account #) verse the Canadian banking requirements of Branch #, Institution # and Account #.
If the portal would look at the specific company setup rather than require a single selection requirement during setup this should be able to resolve these issues.
