Due to Covid, we had sick leave codes that are no longer being used. It would be great to be able to hide these earning codes in the timesheet. It would be even more helpful to be able to de-activate codes that are no longer needed.

This is currently possible by adding a UD Active checkbox (optional) to the earn code and using custom lookups. See the Vista help article here or my blog for ideas on the custom lookups, in lieu of the UD checkbox you could hard code the list of active Earn codes as shown in the examples. We've added similar lookups for many different fields such as phases(filtered to labor phases only),craft, class, shift, etc.

Great suggestion, we really need this to happen!
This is really important to make sure that everyone entering time only has access to valid codes, and doesn't have to dig through a long list to find the right ones.
