When adding a new work order in Field Service, you must select the customer first. Often we are working with Property management or General Contractors and don't always know who the bill to customer is. We need to be able to start the creation of a work order by the site and not just a drop down but a more complex search by various address and name fields.
Our branches have thousands of customers and the current New work order isn't scalable for them.
