Currently, users can request (and approvers can approve) any increment of time off. We want to limit to 1 hour increments.
The is an option for a minimum time off, but no specific increment option. Someone can request 1.01 hours. We want to restrict users to requesting time off in 1 hour increments, but I imagine others may want .25 hr and .5 hr increments as well.

Hi Mark, A future consideration will be too late for us to use HFF for leave management. It has already been over two years since this suggestion was created.
I have a customer (Bitu-Mill) who require this. As Tim noted the standard day in Australia is actually 7.6 hours so with the current system we cannot handle a request for 3.8 hours.

I would also like the ability to designate increments. However, we require sick/vac time to be used in 4 hour increments. If there was an option to select the increments under portal settings that would be very helpful.

My testing suggests that we can only enter .5 or whole numbers, we need to be able to enter different values.
Our standard workday is 7.6 hours(38 hour week), If someone wants to enter a partial day of time-off (1/2 day) - 3.8 hours it can't be entered. Customisable increments would resolve this issue.
