In HR Management Expenses, can expenses be routed for approval of both job reviewes and user access approvers? This will allow both job/budget owners and line managers to approve reimbursements and credit card charges.

Agreed. This is an important change. We want our PMs to ensure the employee is charging to the correct project phase/cost type, but we need the employee's manager to also monitor expenses.
