As of now, you can only manage existing work orders. It would be nice if you could create new SM Work Orders in the portal. The portal is way more user friendly and asthetically pleasing

Hello! We can create service work orders in the portal today. This option can be found on the Work Order Dashboard once the setting User Group to allow adding and editing of work order header information has been enabled.
