Employee Groups:
The ability to enter notes for employee groups would be helpful since the list gets longer and unclear.

Michael – tags would be a great addition as well to be able to sort or group by.
A box for notes would help us to understand the reason of a certain employee group. Basically as a description.

As I reviewed this it made me wonder if tags might be more useful. Is the goal to sort/group similar group together?
