Currently to delete a report you have to go to Employee Tools > Manage Reports > Edit > and then you can delete the report.
It would be nice to be able to delete the report instance straight from the grid, without having to drill in the extra layer. Maybe adding a delete button & a pop up to confirm you want to delete it, in case there are accidental clicks. This could also help if, for some reason (like bad data) in a report parameter the edit view will not load, you can just delete the report from the grid & recreate it at your leisure.
