Currently there is no way to hide inactive employee's reviews from the manager review tab in Performance Reviews. In all other areas of the portal, there are options to hide inactive employees such as in approval permissions. We do want to retain the record, but we don't want managers to have to see employees that are no longer at the company.

This would be a pretty simple change with significant impact to our users. With the "Hide Previous" checked, inactive employee reviews should not display, but the manager could access them by unchecking "Hide Previous."
A Search for an employee would also be helpful so a manager does not have to go to multiple pages.
Some managers review dozens of employees each year. This is a needed tweak.
