Receipting for example throws an error that does not explain that a PO may be locked in another batch, or a phase has been disabled. We need to jump into Vista and see the validation/error report to find this information out.

Thanks for writing in about this. I see your request and I'm wondering how the workflow would work. When reviewing this issue, the though process is that if there is a posting error in Vista, we want to show that there was a posting issue in the portal and alert the user of the batch and batch month. The specifics can be viewed in vista as the user trying to post will be required by Vista rules to login and correct the issue in Vista or clear the batch in Vista. Can you help us see from a workflow perspective how showing a more verbose message would change the workflow? This will help as we evaluate other PO dev efforts. Thanks
