Managers are able to edit time when it's unsubmitted which is fine but they are able to submit and sign for the employee which is a legal issue. instead of having the standard question and signature (that states the employee not the manager) should be updated to reflect the manager's type name under the signature field.
Furthermore, a person should be able to log in and sign off on their own time even if it was entered by someone else. Not having that capbility is a deficit if we have foreman putting in time but wanted the employee to sign off on their time to confirm.
