We created a dropdown to score our performance reviews and the 5 max limit was not working for us so we created our own and are now seeing issues with some of the total calculations. The Total score prior to submitting the review is incorrect, but once the review is submitted, the score is correct. It can be confusing for managers when they are completing the performance review.
