It would be great for the applicants to get an alert while completing the onboarding paperwork if they're taking too long to complete it.
Maybe having the alert say something like "You've have been completing onboarding for 30 minutes and are not past the point we'd expect you to be. Are you running into issues or have questions we can assist you with?"
Something like that? So they don't take 1 hour to complete something that should have taken 20 minutes?
