We need this message to be customizable to our needs. Right now the message tells them to contact their admin...but we need it to be more specific and actually give them detail on who they can contact and also tells them how they can actually reset it themselves. Right now this message is hardcoded by Keystyle and we cannot change the content. Can you make this so we can tailor the outgoing message to our needs...like you allow with so many other email places in keystyle

If a portal setting is provided to you that allows you to input custom text would that give you what you are looking for?
