We pull expenses into Viewpoint to reconcile our monthly credit card statements. Having all expenses under one reference number helps consolidate each persons expenses. With this new update we now have anywhere from 4 to 20 AP reference numbers for one employee's credit card statement. Employees are asked to submit expenses weekly at minimum so managers can review and approve expenses timely. With this new update there is no way to consolidate an employee's monthly expenses. This new update makes it more difficult to review the statements once they have been posted into Viewpoint.

I agree....this adds more time and the reason we got the software was to reduce work.
This is a change that needs to be made. It is adding time to a process that was currently very efficient.
