Add Notes entry field to Line item edit in Invoice Review

Having to hit a drop down to select a Add Note seems redundant when there is plenty of Space to add a note box in the Edit Line Item area (right beside the Material and Description entry fields). Or if needed an add note button to trigger the add notes time stamped form.

It would also be very nice to have the ability to include instructions into the field similar to the way the add comments works, if the Note box if it were there. For example, it could say "Include the business purpose and person this relates to...." or whatever the company wants it to say.
