Currently the scores appear embedded in Note columns with wordage instead of being separate and easy to extract. Also, if two or more managers are involved the average score does not post to Vista HR Resource Review.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Agreed - a while back I posted a similar comment. Embedding the average score(s) in the notes column is not an adequate solution. In order for the performance management module to progess beyond a simple distribution / collection tool, employers need the ability to pull all of the individual ratings out of the review - not just the aggregate average. The current format is impossible to manipulate.
If there is a way to pull this data on the back end, we would be more than interested in learning how, as it is one of the primary reasons why our company is not already utilizing this module.
