It's great that there is a feature that allows you to send the applicant a calendar invitation but it would be even better if it acted like Calendly, where the recruiter could set their availability, and then the applicant could choose what date/time worked best for them. Then we could just put the calendar link in the template or the portal could automatically send the link in the email for them to schedule an appointment.
