During audit processes, in order to determine if an employee has been sent all necessary communications, I will search their email in "Mail Log." However, since the email is stored in "BCC" the mail log search will not pull all communications. "Recipients" of most sent messages are left blank, as previously stated the information is being stored in "BCC." This makes it very difficult for audit purposes.
