Automatic Email would be sent to Recruiters each morning (or as scheduled) via email when applications are submitted over the past 24 hours. This email would include an application link for each individual who applied and prompt Recruiters to review applications in a timely manner. Below is an email template example:

I'll just repeat the same comment below. This is an absolute necessity, as we have extremely limited HR resources. Very odd that this is not part of the system. The recruiter MUST be notified.
This is an absolute necessity, as we have extremely limited resources in our HR department. The email notifications should be directed to the recruiters so they may get timely communication and follow up on applicants.
This is a must have, there is no other way to notify recruiters of an application coming in. As much as we would like to think all of our recruiters are constantly monitoring HR MGMT for new applicants, we are lying to ourselves if we think that is happening. We need to be able to BCC them on emails so they can see it and receive a reminder. We do know that emails are being monitored much closer than HR MGMT in most all cases!
I agree it seems silly that you can assign recruiters to certain job reqs, but not have auto emails sent to them
