Paperless Environment's (pVault) has given Viewpoint an API to allow indexing from HFF to pVault (eg. onboarding docs or any other attachment to be pushed to pVault from HFF) rather than into Document Imaging.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

If the ability to submit documents for attachment doesn't work with a document management solution, major portions of Vista Web become useless for us or for anyone that doesn't use Vista's document management solution. Viewpoint's API needs to be expanded to support document submission.
We are looking at purchasing the HFF portal but makes it hard to justify if we can't store our attachments in the appropriate place.
