This feature would ensure that when onboarding a new employee that any custom tasks added to the process were properly reviewed and completed before initialization could begin. Any one involved in the onboarding process could benefit from this by preventing a miscommunication leading to extra time spent manually updating forms and potential employees needing to completely resubmit forms.
Ideally this would be a simple checkbox in the Portal settings to allow any company that may not want or need this function to opt in or out of it.
