When updating groups, I am not entirely sure what I am updating. It would be great to know where the employee groups are being used. That way, we can ensure the proper people are getting the proper access.

Danny, there are a lot of things that employee groups are useful for. its just not apparent. if you navigate to "Approval Permissions" you will see timecard related options for groups. Another place you will find this is in "Form Templates" you can select groups to have access to certain forms. another really cool one is inside where you build the form you can create a work flow for your form. ie: once a quote form is filled out it automatically emails to our quote and estimation team.
