We'd like to be able to assign multiple managers to one employee review. We'd like to have one manager review, then submit to the next manager for additional review. The current set up is not multi-user friendly.

Adding the ability to have the field lead as well as the Project Manager provide review information - that is clear from who is relaying the data, is vital to getting performance reviews correct. Request is to add a Lead and Manager under: Admin - User Access. Recommend that the Lead role be optional, as some in a company may report to only 1 manager. Would be nice if you could add up to 3 individuals in either category (Lead & Manager).
This update would greatly enhance Performance Review effectiveness within the Portal to Vista exchange.
