The ability to have different types of performance review where the score can be hidden from the employee. For example, documenting the employees potential (potential review) where the manager scores the employee but would not want the employee to be able to see this score. This will allow the talent management team the ability to see who the high potential employees are to target them for certain performance training or tasks.

Described as is, I dislike this idea. Having an independent tool to rank employee strengths and weaknesses is a positive, but a "review" seems to link it to raises and promotions and, in my opinion, such work should be collaborative and transparent. This tool, for me, should inform a review, not itself be a review. Please note I am open to being wrong here.
