Work orders are reused for the duration of the job. Some trips are a one time show up and some jobs have 57 trips. Upon completing a trip, the history of the work order appears prior to the customer signing. We need that trip notes to be clear and visible, not the history. Customers are starting to get frustrated looking at the history when they only want to confirm what scope of work applies to that trip.
