Customer asked that I put in a request on their behalf. Went live with field service the week of 9/19/22. Customer asked: "Any plans to get Smart Text working for Field Service? Our techs started using it yesterday and so far this is the biggest complaint, it’s next to impossible to format the text correct in the report."
