It would be incredibly useful to provide a way for an employee to add comments and physically sign off on their manager's performance review once it has been completed. Currently they are only able to capture that information when the employee enters and submits their own evaluation which is done before the manager.

A comment section for the employee would be extremely helpful after they review the managers review.
