On the Portal, when creating a PO from a requisition the field for choosing the supplier lags and times out. When you select the field to enter a value it appears the system is querying the entire supplier list rather than allowing you to type to filter the list down. There is no visual queue on the screen that the system is processing a query. For my instance of the database I eventually get a popup message in the browser to 'wait' or 'cancel'. It takes about 25 seconds to return the supplier set.
If I create a PO, the field to choose the vendor allows me to start typing a name and then it filters immediately. I suggest the supplier field on the create PO from requisition operate in the same fashion.
