Right now if employees book a block of time (say Sept. 1 - 15) they are able to cancel this request up until September 15th. If it was changed to not allow cancellation from Sept. 1st and on this would prevent approved days from coming through as usage if that is then cancelled. For example they cancel the request on Sept. 4th and then submit a new request for only one week Sept. 1-7. Sept. 1 - 4th has already come through as usage, nothing then offsets those days, and now a new request comes through for Sept. 1-7th and those days are doubled up on. I think it would be best if you simply couldn't cancel a request after its begun. This will force them to contact an administrator who can properly fix the days in Vista.
