Multiple Day Off Requests Send Single Email Notification to Manager

For some reason when I (or anyone) request multiple days off spanning more than a single week, it is broken into 4 date ranges. During my testing I was selecting Dec 21, Dec 22, Dec 23, Dec 27, Dec, 28, Dec 29, and Dec 30. In my request history it shows 4 date ranges.

12/21/22

12/22/22 - 12/23/22

12/27/22 - 12/29/22

12/30/22

This causes my manager to receive 4 email notifications regarding time off requests. It seems that if a user submits a multiple day time off request it should be lumped into a single notification.
