Phase on Financial Controls doesn't pull unless 3+ characters are entered. We have a few 2 digit phases, and it only accepts them if the search came up for us to select from the list. This is causing trouble for people who need to code their invoices. Most invoices come to us from AP with the coding on it, so these are just one off items. Up until recently we’ve had to reject the invoice back to AP telling them which coding to use (example 00730/00/90), and then AP would resubmit for approval – very inefficient. We did figure out a workaround by typing “00 –“ in which it pulls up the list of values that we can select the 00 phase. However if we just type “00” and tab, it errors and won’t let us enter a cost type because it doesn’t recognize the phase.
