We have a lot of hourly project employees that help out service techs on large WO's and they have no way of punching in and out on those WO's without having to be added to the Dispatch board, then assigned trips and train them on Field Service - this is a very tall order to train them on. So we need to be able to have just punch times for our hourly helper employees on WO's. (no notes or reports, no dispatching). Super Duper Photoshop edit attached!
