When an employee is initialized to Vista, and the status in the onboarding dashboard updates to Initialized; recruiters use this status to confirm that no further action is required on this candidate. When the employee needs to amend an onboarding task, the document is reset. When the employee returns the document - it is not possible to re-initialize without deleting the HR record. In this instance, we would like ideally like the ability to push the amended document from the portal to Vista. Alternatively, we can manually attach documents to Vista, but would like the ability to update the status of the employee to 'Initialized'.
