If you add a timecard entry (not grid timecard) and pick the user defined values from the drop down you do see the descriptions and they display after selecting value)
But if you exit and go back in those descriptions do NOT show on screen any more, but just underlying value. So when the user goes back in to validate their previous day before adding the next day they can't easily tell what it is as all they see is a number and not the description.
I was told this follows what Vista does, but both in Vista and HR Management we should see the description at all times.
