Don't require signatures in FM App if "Require Signature on Submitted" is not checked

We have one company that requires signatures / questions to be submitted with time, but our other 5 companies do not need it. When "Disable Submission Signatures / Questions" is unchecked in the portal settings for the one company, it is correctly not requiring questions for the other companies that do not have questions set up in grid timecard settings, but it is not letting other companies submit without signatures even though "Require Signatures on Submitted" is unchecked.


Can it be changed so that signatures are only required in the app if "Require Signatures on Submitted" is checked in grid timecard settings?


This is holding up our transition off of FTC.
