The Job Code & Phase Code mean nothing to the employees in the filed but the description is everything. The Job Code & Phase code takes up so much space before the description on the timesheet entry.
Could the Job Code and Phase Code be hidden in a managed lookup with the Job Description and Phase Description shown. The Job Code & Phase Code would still be posted to the PR Time Entry batch not the description.
