When we went live with Vista, we were told that we could use Contract Item 0 for our costs. We’ve been doing so since then without issue.
When comparing the Vista AR Aging to the Open Billing Review in Viewpoint Financial Controls (the portal) we find occasional discrepancies. Occasionally they simply do not match. Shouldn’t Vista AR Aging and the Open Billing Review in Viewpoint Financial Controls show the same information since they are using the same data and are essentially the same report?
This is a request to have Open Billing Review in Viewpoint Financial Controls show the same information as Vista AR Aging since they pull from the same place and are, essentially, the same report.

We have this issue, and also that the Open Billing Review doesn't display "credit" invoices or open billings related to "hard closed" projects.
We have the same issue - only difference is we are using Contract item 1 for our costs.
When trying to use Open Billing Review we are only able to see the invoices by PM when contract item 1 was used for the billing. All other open invoices show NO project manager.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing that this is the tool linked to VP Team and Keystyle/Financial Controls/Portal and it doesn't mirror the AR Aging from Vista.
We want our Project Managers to be involved in the collection of the receivables on their projects, but can't do that if this integration doesn't work.
Please update the coding to use the same information as Vista AR Aging.
