We compared the Vista AR Aging to the Open Billing Review in Viewpoint Financial Controls (the portal).
Even though both reports are pulling from the same data they are very different. As best that we can tell and with Viewpoint Tech Support the invoices are essentially identical. Tech support did find in the SQL code that invoices less than zero (0), i.e. credits, adjustments, etc. will NOT show in the Open Billing Review. Since negative adjustment do not show the aging is incorrect and cannot be relied on.
This is a request to have Open Billing Review in Viewpoint Financial Controls show the same information as Vista AR Aging since they pull from the same place and are, essentially, the same report.

The totals in all columns do not line up with the standard Vista AR Aging report. PMs are NOT showing correctly or at all.
Please get this fixed, it would be a great thing to use if the data was reliable.
Agreed. Credit invoices and open invoices on hard closed jobs do not appear on the Open Billing Review. Would be nice if they were both enabled.
