Our techs can see their unscheduled trips but would like to be able to assign the date for a trip instead of contacting the dispatcher to assign the date.

Hi Melissa, one thing I noticed on our end if our technician puts a unscheduled trip in progress it moves to the current date on the dispatch board, effectively scheduling themselves for it that day. Though I don't believe there is an option for technicians to future schedule trips on their own. Hope this helps
