Allow Attachments from Action Items | Equipment Information on Equipment Dashboard

It would be helpful for the field to be able to attach photos to a piece of equipment via Equipment Information:

  1. new equipment received in the field, need photo for insurance purposes
  2. new equipment received in the field, need Make, Model, S/N, VIN, etc.  Field employee can snap picture and attach to equipment
  3. damaged equipment, submit photo to office for review
  4. repair or service receipt for equipment, attach photo to equipment and submit to office for A/P or reimbursement purposes
  5. asset tag applied, submit photo of equipment with barcode applied, proof of receipt and application

    Also needed when sending a tow company to pick up equipment for repairs. The Equipment Department needs to be able to pull a recent photo of the equipment and send it to the tow company so the tow drivers know what they are picking up. The Equipment Information area in the Portal would be ideal for shop/field workers to access that picture.
