Vista currently has check boxes on each deduction / liability code to determine if the code/info should appear on certain reports like the certified payroll reports. It would be nice to have the same thing so you can pick which codes you would like to be present on the Compensation Summary report on the employee portal.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Hi Kristen,
The Compensation Summary report that we show in the portal would be required to be a custom SSRS report. The web portal only uses SSRS. If you would like to make your Crystal Reports available on the web outside of Vista, this functionality does exist within our Viewpoint Analytics product.
HI Mark.
We have used crystal reports for years and have several custom reports already created using it. I was under the impression that we can't have both Crystal and SSRS reports. Is this in correct?
Hey Kristen,
If you need certain codes hidden or shown, we do support a custom version of this report that can do everything you just described. You could base the logic off of a udfield to show on the Compensation Report or not. If you don't have anyone at your company that is experienced with SSRS, our technical services team can build this for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
