Looking for a notification to be sent to the approver when it is waiting on their approval. Currently, notifications are only sent if there is time waiting to be approved. We do not have time/payroll connected to the field ticket at this time, so there is no way to notifiy a manager that it is waiting on their approval.

We accomplished this in Vista using Workflow Notifications on the JC Field Ticket record. Vista does not show the submitted and approved fields but they are in the database.
