We have a udField for Pending POs that is a date field in Vista. This field displays on the Pending PO screen in Vista.
In the Portal we have the ability to specify a ud field at the line item level to show on the interface. However, in the portal this is linked to a lookup field. If I leave the lookup field definition on the portal empty, the record will not save a value from the portal.
Can the UD field on the portal just match to the type of field that is in Vista so that it could also support open text and/or date fields?

Kellie, is this possible ? we would find this very useful as well. We need to add a udPromise date to the item level of Pending and PO Purchase Order entry but without a lookup I can't bring that field into the portal for entry
We need to have an ability to override vendor Payment address at the ePO Level based on the list of additional addresses setup at the vendor level in Vista. That is a standard functionality available in vista PO module
To expand on this; the ability for UD fields in Viewpoint Web would be helpful in both the PO Header and the PO Item level.
This would be a huge help for us as well.
