In PO Requisitions & Reserved PO's the Requestor name can be seen and exported to Excel. The export to Excel is an easy way to determine how many PO's have been created by each requester.
Processed Purchase Orders don't provide the requestor name.
I wanted to be able to determine how many PO's had been created by each user.
If that info was displayed and therefore available for the export I could've tallied up the names and numbers running both reports and easily had an answer.
The bPOHD table in the Viewpoint database includes the "OrderedBy" field but there is no easy way to export that information or you need to be a SQL expert.
I don't want or need a custom report made so I can look up this information but having the Excel export option would give us that information if and when we wanted it.
